What happens next

1. We verify that the request comes from the correct account.
2. We delete source messages, working copies and delivered cards associated with the verified request.
3. We confirm completion by email.

Some minimal payment or transaction records may be kept when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
