Refund and cancellation policy

Before work starts

You may cancel a paid request for a full refund before we begin processing the submitted school communications.

After delivery

If we fail to deliver the purchased Cue, duplicate a charge, or materially omit information that was clearly present in the submitted message, contact us within 7 days. We will correct the Cue or refund the affected purchase.

Weekly access

You may cancel future weekly renewals at any time. Cancellation does not remove access already paid for. Any renewal terms will be shown before payment.

How refunds work

Email tomorrowcue@gmail.com with the payment reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time varies.
